Flights
Flights will be arranged for you. Please refer to your respective business country coordinators for your travel details.
Travel Insurance
You are strongly encouraged to arrange for Travel Insurance. Please ensure your travel insurance covers you throughout your entire stay from 26 – 29 March.
Accommodation
Accommodation Period
Accommodation is only provided from 26 – 29 March 2024.
Hotel official check-in time is 3:00PM on 26 March 2024.
Hotel official check-out time is 11:00AM on 29 March 2024.
It is compulsory for all participants to stay at the official hotel (The Majestic) throughout the entire stay in Barcelona due to safety considerations.
Type of Room Provided
All participants are assigned a twin-sharing room at The Majestic Hotel & Spa, Barcelona.
Room Pairing will be assigned by the committee.
