All Qualifiers are assigned a twin-sharing room at the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit.

Upgrade of Accommodation

Upgrade of accommodation will be at your own expense and subjected to Hotel’s availability.

Type of Flight Provided

• Flight entitlement is based on Group Economy fare for all Qualifiers.
• There are 2 flight options available which can be selected upon website registration based on a first come first serve basis.
• Flight option is only confirmed once registration is submitted.

Group Flight Terms & Conditions

• Group Flight tickets are not eligible for mileage accrual.
• Please ensure that your passport name is spelt correctly, and in the exact order of your passport as this will be used to book your flight tickets. 
• A fee of SGD 250 will be incurred for any name change after flight ticket issuance.
